Maidston MD BR 2102 - Budget Blu-ray Players
The Maidston MD-BR-2102 is another in a line of cheap Blu-ray players that are in about the price range of 4 discs - so don't expect a technological miracle with the Maidston. Having said that, at least the required gold plated HDMI cable is included - which is not the case with some of the more expensive models, and the cables are not cheap - even at 1 metre length.
Dolby® Digital sound comes as standard, so the sound experience is good. Picture quality is also crisp and deep with HDMITM v1.3 technology, all of which add up to add up to a great home cinema experience for the cash. This is great HD viewing experience, at bargain basement DVD prices here, so all you need to do is figure out which Blu-ray films you are going to buy with the money you've saved.
